Terms of Service

By purchasing and using Dreame Vacuum Card, you agree to the following terms:

1. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and execute the software. A single Unique ID belongs to one designated individual or entity.

2. Restrictions

You explicitly agree that you will not:

• Sell, rent, lease, sub-license, or redistribute the software or your Unique ID.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
• Share your Unique ID publicly. If our automated systems detect a Unique ID being utilized concurrently across suspicious, multiple disparate origins, your license will be permanently revoked without refund.

3. Merchant of Record

All financial transactions are fulfilled by Polar (Polar Software, Inc.). By purchasing, you also acknowledge and agree to Polar's global Terms of Service.

4. Third-Party Platform Dependency

The software operates on top of, and is fully dependent upon, third-party hardware and platforms not owned or controlled by the author — specifically Dreame robot vacuum devices/firmware, the Xiaomi/Dreame cloud services, and the Home Assistant ecosystem. Official updates, firmware changes, or undocumented API modifications made by these third parties may at any time cause the software to stop functioning correctly, in whole or in part. Such interruptions constitute a force majeure event outside the author's reasonable control, do not entitle the purchaser to a refund, replacement, or compensation of any kind, and do not constitute a breach of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. In no event shall the author be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of the software.

6. Trademarks and Affiliation

This software is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Dreame Technology Co., Ltd. or any of its affiliates. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners.
